how to increase pressure in shower after water turned off on street?

the water was turned off on my street 2 days ago an since then our shower pressure has dropped as well as the temperature. we opened the pressure tap nxt to boiler which improved the temp slightly but the pressure is still low? do we need to bleed the radiators to get air out of the system? or does that only help radiator heat? HELP???
