how can i fix my zen micro 6GB?

when i turn my zen micro on it freezes on the word creative and then recovery mode comes up and it says creative zen micro v0.065 1. clean up, 2.format all, 3. reload firmware, 4. reboot

You can fix it. It sounds like it's in recovery mode. Just select clean up and it should just rebuild its files. If you have a backup of the files on your pc I would download the latest firmware update on Creative's website and install it. It will overwrite and format the drive so all will be gone.But it will be better.Check out Nomadness.com for more info and F.A.Q
