How can I get my TX335 treadmill by sportcraft to come on? ?

How can i get my TX 335 treadmill by Sportcraft to come on ? I plug it in to the wall , place to safety cap in place on the control panel and turn on the power switch and all the machine does is click . you can hear it wanting to come on but doesn't actually come on at all . It is a TX 335 treadmill by Sportcraft , model #04005 and serial #CDB06014814.
