Can't figure out how to remove sink handles?

I have a leaky bathroom sink. I know the first step (after shutting off the water of course) is to remove the handles. Problem is, I can't find a way to do this. Don't know what brand they are, but photos are here: http://s865.photobucket.com/albums/ab216/dork2you/
