we have a servis mod.m3010w. the machine commeces washing as soon as power is applied. there is no water entering either inlet valve. there is power to the inlet solenoid valves, but the neutral side is open, thus no circuit. Cannot locate any broken wires. have no scematic for this machine. would appreciate any advice. swars2@bigpond.net.au

I got there googling on "servis m3010w" - apparently your problem is easy to fix as "water not going in/out" is listed as one of the few things you can diy.
