my windscreen wipers wont park in correct place?

Hi i have a vauxhall corsa c,2001 model, and the windscreen wipers seem to park where ever they want to , except at the base of the screen. do you have any ideas why, is there a dodgy relay or something else,i would be extremely greatfull for any help. Regards Andy.
