why is my triton bewitch shower?

why is my triton bewitch shower switching from hot to cold setting and then back to hot setting for a minuate again?

Mine is doing the same, ive been told by two shower spares shops that it may be the thermal sensor or pcb and that the pcb fault should be repaired foc by Triton, im going to try that route 1st.
