Switching on Panasonic TX-32LXD70?

When my Panasonic TX-32LXD70 is switched off over
night it is very difficult to switch on again in the
morning, on switching the set on the red light comes
on press controler for a station and the green light
comes on and flutters at a fast speed but does not
bring up a picture, switch off and on again and repeat
with the controler, after 3 or 4 attempts the picture
normally comes up.Once the set has been on you can
switch on and off as often as you like and it will work
without problem. The set is eighteen months old and
has had this problem since new allthough it was only
an odd occasion in the first year but has become
worse in the last few months.
