Mend Ocean Alpha 240E Water Central Heating Turned

Ocean Alpha 240E?

My Alpha 240E fires up for only a few seconds then goes out with both the hot water and central heating and just recently fires up for a few seconds when nothing has been turned on.
Any ideas ?
