Panel says 'installer Mode' on my scantronic 9651?

Just moved in to house with this system

Installer mode is on and it keeps going off ??? Any help

I entered 99 tick when prompted for installer mode. Now the system says 'Battery Missing'. I've installed new battery!!!

Many thanks guys! Came back from holiday two weeks ago and due to being tired i forgot about the alarm and by the time i had remembered my code it was to late. After encountering an ongoing problem with the alarm a few months ago, the egineer gave me the code to reset the alarm if it went off. Put the code in, but he forgot to tell me how you get out of installer mode. Did 99 like you suggested and it worked!

Many thanks for saving me money, by not having to call out an egineer.

99 followed by tick will come out of installer mode

alarm engineer
September 2009

enter 99 then press the tick button.
keypad will say 'exit engineering' press tick again.
if keypad comes up with date and time the system is now ready to use.
