My Samsung struggles to come on and has a large dotted area on Screen HELP ?

A few weeks ago I had the clicking and the TV not starting. I did the mod and replaced the three caps and it was fine. Now it is struggling to start again and this time has a large area of dots on the screen after a few minutes these disappear and then it is ok. However when I press the menu button on the remote the menu screen comes on and is covered in lines of dots. Any ideas anyone??
