Lick from mira escape electric shower?

I have Mira Escape electric shower. I heard a pop when I was having a shower then the water started to lick from the inlet chamber. When I rang Mira they told that there is a red ball that controls the pressure of water, when there is low pressure it pops. I don't know how to open the chamber. Any help please would be appreciated.
