Mend Whirlpool Fridge Bottom Fine

Whirlpool Fridge not getting cold?

I have a whirlpool,fridge,frezzer.With 2 compressors.
, The frezzer is on the bottom and works fine.
The fridge is on the top and when i turn it on the fan
come on but it does not get cold?
