how can i fix my bosch dishwasher?

i have a bosch dishwasher, model EXXCEL, number SG543A18GB/42. it has stopped filling with water, i removed the left side panel and cleaned the clear plastic bottle located there. the machine worked perfectly so ran a couple cycles of cleaner through with no problem at all. i then replaced the panel slid the machine under the counter where it lives, filled it with dishes and started it. the machine is now not filling with water again.
