I have a problem with my Redring Expressions 5005 electric shower?

I am having trouble with my shower unit, it is placed just above the bath and has been used on a regular basis for quite a few months.

Last night I went to take a shower and all that happened (when I pressed the power button on the front) was the "on" light came on and that was it, no water.

can anyone help me?
