I dropped my digital camera?

I dropped my digital camera in the house, from a table. Now it will not turn on. Nothing looks broken, nothing rattles, and the batteries are new. It is a DXG Model 56B. Can anyone help?
It is odvious it is not getting any power.

I have this camera - a gift from a friend - I have to continuously take the batteries in and out to get my camera to power up. I am going to purchase some of the 8X camera batteries to see if that solves the problem. Do you happen to have the booklet on this camera? My friend could not find her book so I am at a loss on how to do many things.
