ADP8132 - Can't start program/door won't lock?

first turn off the power to the machine, take off the kitchen door first then remove all the screws on the inside face. you now have access to the latch area. remove the latch body an turn the grey latch so that it comes into line with the door, and that is it. replace everything then switch back on. hope this solves your problem, it just worked for me.
