Can i fit a Leader ET4 125cc engine into my pre Leader ET4 125?

Hi. I have a pre leader engine in my et4 and would like to replace it with the more efficiant Leader engine that i picked up cheap!! I know the loom will have to be changed..but what other problems. Also is the more modern leader that much better!

Got the carb and starter moter already.
