Mend Starts Throttle Revs

My hedgetrimmer engine is running ok but the blades won't move?

It starts ok but when you press the throttle it revs up but won't run the blades. I removed the bottom cover and greased it up and the mechanism is moving ok in there but still no joy. Any help appreciated
