instructions?

hi can you help moved into a new home and the cooker is a cannon parkinson the lady who we bought house hasent got cooking instructions gas cooker intregrated could you send me instructions by email if possible

If you contact the installer you'll be told that the documents were left so it'll be one person's word against another's with you in the middle.

My guess is that the tenant lost the paperwork - it's not necessarily their job to look after your documents so it's difficult to "crime" them for the loss.

Ask the installer / supplier / manufacturer for a spare set of docs.
