Cracks in carcass opposite the bottle storage section at bottom of fridge?

Cracks have formed as a result of "dropping" heavier items in the piece of the fridge towards the bottom opposite the area that holds milk cartons etc. It does appear to be affecting the performance of the fridge, though it is still cold. Can these be repaired or is a new appliance essential? In addition it is integrated & we cannot find the booklet for the product, how do we ensure that we can measure it properly if a new one is required please?
