Mend McCulloch Mcculloch Strimmer Cord

McCulloch strimmer pullcord?

Hi, the pullcord on the strimmer has come out completely, has anybody any ideas on how I can fix this? I have taken the casing off and cannot establish how it it fastens into place. I have put the cord in but it just comes back out again and I can't seem to get any tension on the cord. Any ideas anybody. Thanks
