Signals missing?

I have a Strong SRT 4653x decoder and this was blown skyhigh the very day I got it due to a slight rain shower. It had worked well for about 2 hours and I was hooked to Intelsat 7/10 when the rain cause the channels to start freezing. I turned it off and when I turned it on after the rain, it came on and just died. It has been rapaired after a bout a month but when connected I only get week or no signals for all the transponders. What should be the problem since I have not moved the position of the 90cm ku dish?
