how can i fix my door handle on ford ka?

where is the spring to know if it is that? i have the door card off but cant see the spring your talkin about

Hi Janice, the problem will probably be a 2p spring that has snapped on the latch assembly it's an easy DIY fix if you have some common sense and a few tools, for info how contact me on nige110162(at symbol)hotmail.co.uk an I'll mail you the info, a replacement latch from Fords £42+vat box of springs from Halfords £5
