my toilet rocks from side to side, how do i fix it?

When fixing loos in place, its best to drill through the fixing holes on the side, use a large plastic plug if its onto masonry and perservere until the fixing is sound....then, remove the loo once more and apply a thick bed of silicone sealer to level out any unlevel bits before fixing down with long screws.
