what could be the problem, windscreen washers on citroen picasso?

i need to no how do i get me sevice light off me citreon picaso y reg 2001 sx the one with the spanner on the dashboard

If you can hear the pump running and there's no puddle of water on the ground the jets may well be blocked. I get it in our family cars due to the hard water in our area. Poking with a fine wire or needle sometimes helps for a while but it only pushes the obstruction back into the pipe so it can block up again.

I have recently taken to using Viakal limescale remover - half a cup in the tank and wait 20 minutes. It may begin working but not always - an overnight wait usually has the water running freely.

try useing a air pressure line or a aerosal can of wd40 and spray into the holes where the washer comes out to see if that will clear it, it worked on mine
