Mend Renault Clio Mark 2 Brake Fluid

brake fluid leak on a clio 2?

just purchased a secondhand 1.2 clio mark 2 and I have noticed a brake fluid leak coming from the inside of the rear o/side wheel drum
How do I remove the drum and what is the likely cause of the leak?
