Hi All, re sewing machine and problem with needle - still no idea how to fix it. Threader still in place -Help?!

Hello Dianne,
You will have to take the needle clamp off completely to find out what the problem is if you can't get the needle in, very difficult to sort out this problem on line because it is a very delicate area.
