To fix the problem of ur mobile saying, please try later when u try to send a text, turn it off completely and then back on. This works! My mobile is a T6 Telstra.

I have the same problem!! It's extremely annoying. Sometimes if you turn it off and leave it for 10-15 minutes it sorts itself out./ but it only works sometimes

Help when I try and goto Message Settings it says "Try Later" , and "Try again later" when I try send a text!

Same thing happened to my Telstra handset, I just took the battery and sim card out - put them back in - and all good again!

It is to do with the sms center number. Access this in the text message settings and if you are in australia change it to +61418706700. ( note: you must include the +61 at the start of the number. The plus symbol can be obtained from double clicking the key at the bottom left of the key pad)
