how can I take the rear wheel off the ride on mower?

I took the centre screw off but the wheel hub is still jammed to the stud axle. I used WD40 but it does not seem to help.

Garden Tools, Lawn Mowers Take Rear Mower

Plenty of WD, and gently tap the wheel rim with a hammer and block of wood to dislodge it...it will be well rusted on. If you can heat up the wheel centre that helps too, but dont get heat on the tyre.
