Unless you know what your doing my advise would be to remove the complete injection pump and take to a deisel shop. There is a timming mark on the pump look closly at the pump body to timming case back plate at the outside upper fixing stud were you should find a horizontal line scribed on the pump and the case. The drive or quill shaft is master splined so you will not have to retime the engine.
