problem with my starter motor vectra c ?

Hiya mate... i have a 55 reg vectra and suffer the same problems.. i turn the key and it just clicks. if your getting the same problems as that mate check the battery first . i took mine to a garage and they put a hand charger to the battery and it kicked over first time.. they told me to change the battery as it sounds like 1 or more of the pods have broken down in the battery and not sending enough power out to kick it over.. all the best mate, let me know how you get on
