Mend Sharp R-1512 Microwave Oven Start

How do I replace the select button on a sharp R-1512 microwave oven?

The button that activates the start of my oven snapped. We removed a plastic strip (about 5 inches) with four levers on it. The bottom button had snapped off the strip. We ordered a replacement assembly from Tritronics, INC. Now we need to receive and install and reassemble the oven. Thanks
