printer shows message "cover open" even though it is not. Lexmark suggest that the lever on the "cover open" sensor has been knocked off the switch assembly and i have recovered a one inch piece of plastic from the inside which could be the lever. no help has been offered as to whether this is fixable by me (or anyone else). any ideas?
