Mend Rowenta DX1900 Hot Red Heat

My rowenta effective dx1900 won't get hot!?

I've tried everything, but my iron will not get hot. The red light comes on, but no heat. I've rarely used it since recieving it as a wedding present. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the original paperwork. Is there someplace where I can take it to get it repaired?
