eager 1 lawn mower?

is leaking fuel through the air filter what part do i need to fix this

You need to pull the carburettor apart, Randy, and check that the needle valve, in the carb float chamber, is clean. Its not seating properly in its housing, and letting fuel through. Its unlikely that you'll need new bits.
