Mend Car Wont Turned Over

Car won't stay turned over?

My car turns over but I have to kemy foot on the accelerator as when I take it off the revs plummet and it goes dead (but turns over when I restart it)

It also happens when I'm driving (pulling up at roundabouts etc)

Any help would be great!
