How can I fix my gearbox problem on Renault Espace 1995 manual?

sounds like the clutch needs adjusting or just you have a mat under the clutch pedal it may well pay to check this first before you go spending money.

I have emailed you with more detailed problem

Crunching in reverse (sometimes).
Hard to select all gears
I would say it is more of a problem when car is hot.
Goes ok in the morning.

Problem is very intermittent. Today you wouldn't think there was a problem!

Hello i rebuild gearbox,s for a living,can you tell me more about your problem.
Is it hard to select gears all the time?is it worse when the cars hot or cold in the morning?
is it everygear?
does it crunch going into reverse?
