i run the shower with the water turnd off now it wont heat up the water.there is a safety cut out which disconnects the heating elements,dose it need replaceing and where is it located it is a 10.5kw model
this shower has two thermal cut outs, one sat on the top of the heater can assy, the other on the outlet pipe, check both for continuity with a multimeter. visit www.showerspares.com for spares
