Mend MFI Bathroom Mixer Tap

I have an MFI bought bathroom suite including mixer tap?

Since MFI no longer exist how do I find out what sort of tap this is in my bathroom sink as it keeps dripping and obviously needs a new part. The sink is housed in a built in unit so it looks like a pain anyway.
