my shower water comes out the overflow on my triton jade?

Tritons have a Pressure Relief Device which is a safety feature against the hose or head being blocked. Once it is activated, it needs to be replaced (cannot reset it, I don't think). You can order the part from Triton customer services or a shower spares on-line seller. But that won't deal with whatever caused the device to activate in the first place. Is the showerhead blocked with limescale etc? worth checking before you fit the new device!
