Mend Mountfield 83706 Manual Replace Mower

Where can I get a manual for a Mountfield Empress 18" 83706?

Hi all, I need to replace the drive cable on the above mower for my mum. Dad used to do it all but he died in March.
Does anyone have a manual or at least give me some idea of what I need to do?
