Are flooring sites like www.floormall.com cheaper than retailers?

Two sites I compared who shalll not be nemed.
Site one the cheapest price is twice that of site two per sq metre.
No guarantee mentioned but am sure they/manufacturers have one.

But with site two I have two choices purchase in store where I can see what I am buying. or pay twice as much to site one [albeit they offer a 25yr gaurantee, and not know the quality until I get it.
Of course the simple answer would be for you to have compared prices yourself.
