The shower works fine but will not switch off at the push switch - the water still flows even when the power is off at the isolator switch. The only way to stop the shower is to use the water isolation valve. What is the fault?
Hi did you get your shower fixed? What was the fault? Thanks

It needs a replacement Solenoid asssembly. This is the part that the incoming water supply connects to. It needs the complete assembly and not just the solenoid which would be the case if you could NOT get water to flow. The assembly normally costs less than £30.
