Mend Redring Selectronic Stopped Working Small

REDRING SELECTRONIC THERMOSTATIC SHOWER?

HI my daugters shower has stopped working? after looking a small rubber ball ( about 3mm across) fell from somewhere in the shower. and no water will come out of the pipe. it only comes out the overflow? has anyone any ideas what could be wrong? also if I can get hold of an exploded diagram of the internals? thank you.

Usually caused by blocked showerhead.
