Mend Ariston AL1046T Washing Machine Front Loader Repair

front loader?

We have an Ariston AL1046T, it does the wash but it does not go around to do the final major spin dry cloths. When the cycle finishes and we open the door, everything is still soaking wet. Does any one know why this is happening and how to fix it. Thankyou Frank.
