Oh.. and are you sure about Battery? Generally electric start that does not work means Battery has had it.

Hi,
you need to check to see if your getting a spark.
Take plug out and put in Plug cap. Place end of plug on something metal, this earths it. Start as normal and check to see if it sparks. Mates help if you cant see it your self. Should be nice and blue. If not and you have a new plug then check and change
Cap lead and coil.
