Mend Nintendo DS Repair Screen

How can I fix my DS?

My little brother threw his DS at the wall. The top screen came off, not fully, there is still a wire attatched and it comes on for about 3 seconds after that a white screen flashes and it goes off. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
