Mend JCB 212 2004 Not Working

2004 212 JCB bachhoe hydraulics not working?

I drained the fluid from the tank and replaced the filter.When i filled the tank and went to use the backhoe agian the hydraulics would not work.Is there a fuse or a cutout for the pump or is it air in the pump.Pease advise.
