Mend Potterton Suprema 60 Boiler Lockout Pcb

potterton suprema 60 ?

i recently changed overheat stat on boiler because boiler kept tripping to lockout it runs 4 awile then locks out still cud it be the pcb bourd or sumething else

If the Pump is not running, the Boiler will Bang & Crash Violently and try to jump off the wall, it would run for less than one minuite before locking out, if the boiler is not Banging, (the OP does not mention this, and I think he would!) My money is still on the PCB 99.9% sure

if the overheat stat is cutting out then it will probably be overheating and not a faulty stat. check the pump for starters.

Undoubtetly the PCB,
You should get a Registered Service Engineer to do this as the Replacement PCB comes with a Complete Wiring Loom as well and should only be done by a RGI
